The self-assessment is a tool developed in the framework of the Entrepreneurial Skills Pass (ESP).

ESP is an international qualification that certifies students (aged 15-19), who have had a real entrepreneurship experience, have gained the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies to start a business or to be successfully employed.

Within ESP, all the students involved in the entrepreneurial experience are asked to take a pre and post self-assessment test. It is about a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on:

  • creativity,
  • self-confidence,
  • teamwork,
  • resourcefulness,
  • perseverance,
  • taking responsibility,
  • taking initiative.

At the end of the learning path, only the students who completed the self-assessment tests may take the exam, the Entrepreneurial Skills Pass, to certify the business, financial and economic knowledge that they have gained as a result of the entrepreneurial experience.
